SPA POLICIES

Appointments

A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for any spa service. In order to ensure you get the appointment you want and with the service provider that you request, we recommend that you book your appointment at least two weeks in advance. We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to change into a robe and relax. In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa immediately and we will make ever effort to accommodate you.

Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice for an individual service and 48 hours for multiple services. Special arrangements may apply to group bookings. We regret to inform you that appointments cancelled without the proper notification will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Spa Treatments

Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, prescription medications or other treatments that you are undergoing. Contra-indications may exist with any of the above situations and may affect the outcome of your treatment.

Personal Property

Sothys is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. All valuables brought to the spa should be kept with you at all times.

Gratuities

Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. We do not add gratuities to credit card charges; instead they may be left either in cash or check. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the reception desk.

Refunds

Sothys does not offer refunds on retail products, spa services, or gift certificates. Salon credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt.

Payment

Sothys New York accepts Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.
